Their first LP shows the band at the height of their career, great and original blend of melodic LA style punk and goth/horror pathos (which is half-serious, half-humorous). Diverse, intense and highly entertaining, a cult classic. [9]

Irre Mischung aus schön melodischem LA-Punk und Horrormucke mit B-Film-Harmonik; aber im Unterschied zu beispielsweise den Misfits haben 45G durchaus Humor und sehen das alles ziemlich locker, und so schleichen sich in die Songs Klänge ein, die eher an die Dickies erinnern. Abwechslungsreiche und gute Platte, sogar ein Horror-Surf-Song ist dabei. Kult.
