Even though there are none of the usual suspects in the lineup or behind the mixing desk, this is 100% in line with the usual TwinTone/Minnesota sound à la Volcano Suns, Magnolias, and of course, Hüsker Dü. Although Agitpop are more complex and less rocking than any of these bands, it's still great and intelligent Minneapolis post hardcore. Complex rhythms, sophisticated songwriting, and the occasional hookline. I like it. [7]

Auch wenn hier keiner der üblichen Verdächtigen mitspielt oder am Mischpult sitzt, liegt diese Platte 100% auf der üblichen TwinTone/Minnesota-Linie à la Volcano Suns, Magnolias oder Hüsker Dü. Obwohl Agitpop komplexer sind und etwas weniger rocken als all diese Bands, ist das trotzdem toller, intelligenter Minneapolis-Post-Hardcore. Vertrackte Rhythmen, ausgefeiltes Songwriting, und ein paar Melodien… gefällt mir gut.
