First LP by the band from Chicago; a clever mix of emo and pop punk pushed them up the (indie) charts. This is decent stuff with good production and lots of punch, still this reminds me a bit too much of the generic mainstream punk stuff that has been pushed down our throats since the mid-90s. But that’s just me, if you can imagine liking a more streamlined version of Jawbreaker you definitely need to check this out. [7]
Erste LP der Band aus Chicago. Gut und kraftvoller Mix aus Emo und Pop-Punk, klingt wie eine etwas glattere Version von Jawbreaker. Geht absolut in Ordnung, es erinnert mich nur ein wenig zu sehr an all die kommerziellen Punk-Bands der späten 90er.
