A side recorded nov 28 1981 at Inner Ear, produced by Ian Kaye, eng. by Don Zientara; B side recorded 1982 at Catch-a-buzz, produced by Tom Scott. Red vinyl.

Two early demo tapes by the DC HC pioneers. A side (from 1981) is early and simple DC HC, not primitive or amateurish, though, has power and drive, and the production is good, too. I like the B side better, though, the music has become more aggressive and original, with a nice twangy guitar sound. Good record, not just for DC nostalgics. [7]

Zwei alte Demotapes der DC-Band. Seite A von 1981 ist früher, recht einfacher DC-HC, der aber keineswegs primitiv ist, und trotzdem Power und Drive hat; Pro­duktion ist auch gut. Die B-Seite gefällt mir allerdings besser, die Musik ist aggressiver und auch selbständiger geworden. Sehr schön auch der schwebende Gitarren­sound, so etwas wie ein Marken­zei­chen der Band. Schöne Platte, nicht nur für HC-Nostalgiker.
