UK: walls have ears / blast first. not 2 / 14 tracks / 1986
+ booklet. Obik’s Big Black discography says first numbered press of 1000, second numbered press of 500, but my copy is #1666… maybe 2000 copies? Another 500 were repressed by Blast First in 1990, unnumbered, and unauthorized by Albini.
A fake bootleg issued by Blast First (just like the Sonic Youth record on the same label) to raise interest in the band. Cool sleeve, nice glossy booklet with photos, a poster and an article, and of course the excellent sound board recording (recorded in 1986) with lots of talking between songs. A pretty one for fans.
