All tracks/versions are unreleased, except for “The Shah Sleeps…” by the Butthole Surfers on the first vinyl pressing (from “Brown Reason to Live“) which was replaced by their (unreleased) song “I hate my job” for the second vinyl pressing.

Texas compilation with lots of important bands and exclusive tracks. Powerful hardcore by DRI, Really Red, Offenders and Prena­tal Lust, cool thrashcore/metal by Watchtower, a great-like-always Big Boys track and one by Butthole Surfers that is still pretty much in a hardcore vein. [7]

Texas-Sampler mit einer ganzen Reihe bekannter Namen; guter und kraftvoller Hardcore von DRI, Really Red, Offenders, Prena­tal Lust und Watchtower (mit Thrash/Speed-Einfluß, cool), einem wie immer guten Big Boys Song und einem frühen und noch sehr hardcorigen Butthole Surfers Track. Gute Platte, wenig Ausfälle, lohnt sich.
