This is pretty much in the vein of part I, and flawed in a similar way. Another attempt at creating eerie, ambient soundscapes, but it ends up as another B movie soundtrack instead. Where it tries to be scary, it’s either ridiculous or kind of boring, with clichéd asian/oriental influences, opera soprano and a church organ. It’s better than the first part, though, and if you’re a truly dedicated fan you might even enjoy it, but with all the work and dedication towards the Dark Arts, Mr Danzig should be able to do better than this. Zweiter Versuch von Danzig, spukig-ätherische Soundscapes zu fabrizieren - leider reicht es wieder nur zum B-Film-Horrorsoundtrack, der sich zwischen peinlich und belanglos bewegt. Bei aller Liebe Danzigs zu schrägen Düsterkulten reicht es leider nur zu Klischees – Kirchenorgel, pseudo-orientalische Mystik, Opernsängerin. Zugegebenermassen besser als Teil 1, aber nur was für die ganz ergebenen Fans.
