Fast, tight, original and melodic “Thrash rock with a psycho-metal edge” (as the band puts it). All songs are fast and powerful, there are a lot of new ideas, catchy melodies and choruses; lyrics are gloomy and intense. The production is kind of muddy, but not bad, it just adds to the strange atmosphere of this record. One of the most original and impressing hardcore records of the 80s. [10]

In einem Jahr, in dem vieles in der HC-Scene stillzustehen schien, kam diese Platte wie ein Orkan; frischer, origineller HC, die Band übernahm Bewährtes, ohne zu kopieren, und peppte alles mit vielen eigenen Ideen auf. Alle Tracks sind recht schnell und kraftvoll, haben aber auch eingängige Melodien & Refrains und oft auch eine recht düstere oder zynische Grundstimmung; zusammen mit der seltsam verwischten Produktion ergibt sich dadurch ein absolut einmaliger Sound. Auf jeden Fall eine meiner Lieblings-LPs.
