Pressings: #1 - US version with band name at top of cover & small crucifix; early copies on AT/Faulty. Test pressings come in plain white sleeve with glued on Faulty cue sheet/promo sheet with track listing. #2 - UK and all other versions with band name at the bottom and larger crucifix. Limited UK edition on blue vinyl. Also a mispress with two B sides (UK or US press). Test pressings with plain white labels in xerox sleeve. UK cassette version contains anti facism armband (different to the one with the Nazi Punks 7”). #3 - Two French pressings, one on Statik, one on New Rose. New Rose reissue with additional cat.no. #4 - First German issue with German lyrics on the inner sleeve. Second German version on Virgin, pressed in France. #5 - Spanish version on Edigsa, supposedly has the large cross sleeve. #6 - Finnish pressing on Statik. #7 - Very limited Brazil pressing. #8 - Aussie press on Missing Link, two versions. Reissue on Aim (there is a yellow vinyl version, probably on Aim). #9 - Canadian version on Fringe. #10 - Finnish pressing on Statik. #11 - Reissue on Manifesto by the other band members (minus Jello who lost the lawsuit); remastered.
A lot faster and thrashier than their previous releases; really fast hardcore, especially considering the release date. People talk about Circle Jerks and Minor Threat, and often just forget about this record, although it had WAY more influence on the development of hardcore than the other two, at least in Europe. Definitely one of the fastest records at that time; still the tracks are discernible and intelligent. Another classic. [9]
Klassiker…
