Joke punk from Philadelphia; witty and cynical lyrics. The music is kind of hard to pin down, a blend of punk, blues, swing, college radio/indie rock etc. Most of the songs are not too catchy, so this is rather a demanding novelty record than a typical punk LP. Not bad but… [6]

Total-Verarsche-Punk-Rock-Hardcore aus Philly. Die Texte sind allesamt sehr witzig, zynisch und sarkastisch, es wird eben alles ein bißchen durch den Kakao gezogen. Musikalisch versucht man sich an sehr vielen verschiedenen Sachen, Punk, Blues, Swing, College Radio Guitar etc. Ein Großteil der Songs ist nicht gerade eingängig, sondern fast schon nervig schräg; es kommt wohl doch wesentlich auf die Texte an; allerdings gehöre ich eigentlich nicht zu den Leuten, die eine Platte mit dem Lyric Sheet in der Hand durchhören, deshalb empfinde ich diese LP eher als ein etwas anstrengendes Vergnügen.
