The sleeve suggests crappy new wave, but it’s cool LA punk instead. A side is an upbeat punker, with a driving guitar sound à la Adolescents/D.I. - pretty good. B side is mid-tempo and has a bit more rock influence, not bad, though. There’s some psych influence in the guitar sound (wah wah, feedback etc.), so this has a slight proto-grunge feel to it, but it’s definitely punk. Not bad. [7]

Das Cover sieht schwer nach ätzendem New Wave aus, der Inhalt ist aber cooler LA-Punk. Die A-Seite ist flott und punkig, mit einem schön treibenden Gitarrensound à la Adolescents/D.I. Die B-Seite ist etwas langsamer und rockiger, aber auch nicht schlecht. Die Gitarre hat auch ein bisschen Psych-/Proto-Grunge-Sound abbekommen (Wahwah, Feedback etc.), ist aber insgesamt definitiv auf der Punk-Seite.
