LP copies and the original 1988 CD both contained the song “Strangulation,” which was subsequently removed from all later editions and instead replaced with both sides of the I Love Livin in the City 7”. Both the 11 and 12 track Restless CD versions have the same catalogue #, but the original version is easy to differentiate because it has the text “specially priced 11-track compact disc” displayed on the front cover sleeve. Hall of Records reissue has the same tracks as the ’92 Restless CD.

Although most of this record still qualifies as punk and/or hardcore, it’s a bit more uneven than their debut. It’s all there, the aggression and the hate, the drunk party mood and the sarcasm, but it doesn’t add up quite as well as on “The Record”. That said, there are still some OK tracks here. Some CD versions include the songs from their “Livin in the City” 45 at the end, and hearing those there’s no way around the fact that that record, 7 years earlier, already had been the pinnacle of their career. Alles, was sie berühmt gemacht hat, ist auch auf ihrer zweiten LP zu finden… Hass, Sarkasmus und biergetränkter Aggro-Punk. Trotzdem funktioniert das alles längst nicht mehr so gut wie auf “The Record”, auch wenn hier und da noch einige ordentliche Tracks zu finden sind. Wie auf einigen CDs (als Bonustracks) zu hören ist, hatte die Band ihren Höhepunkt schon 7 Jahre früher mit ihrer ersten Single erreicht.
