bacteria sour. sour 14v / 4 tracks / 1995
+ lyric insert. Several different versions: #1: Transparent wraparound sleeve w/ large picture of woman, “main” sleeve with lyrics on the outside on metallic silver cardboard with copper printing, black vinyl. #2: Same, but record is on peach colored vinyl. There are several different versions of the wraparound sleeve with the band name in 5 or 6 different foil colors (mine is green). #3: Like #2 (peach vinyl) but metallic silver sleeve is printed with brown instead of copper. Foil color on outer sleeve is green on my copy. #4: Peach colored vinyl, different paper used for overlay, it’s still transparent but more opaque than #1-3. Gold foil stamp. The inner sleeve is metallic copper with brown print. #5: Regular “family” sleeve with the band name in red. #6: Like #5, but on opaque light blue vinyl. 5 made. Numbered and signed inside the sleeve. Includes extra print of sleeve design, signed and numbered, Dad’s arms are hand colored. I have no reliable numbers about the amount pressed for all these, but altogether there are 1780 copies on black vinyl and 208 on peach colored vinyl. Both Bacteria Sour 7“s were also sold together as „Face Institution“ double 7“.
More high quality hardcore à la 86, much in the same vein as the Face Extinction 7” (recorded at the same session, don’t know why they included Killing Fields again). And another cool Pushead sleeve. [7]
Und noch eine EP, wohl von der gleichen Session wie Face Extinction. Die Songs sind jedenfalls sehr ähnlich, einer wurde hier rätselhafterweise auch gleich noch mal verwurstet. Cooles Cover von Pushead.
Tracks: institution / magdalene // sundown / killing fields
