German promo with free button (wow). 1994 discography CD on Simple Machines called Concrete Sky has both LPs plus one bonus track (“Concrete”).

Excellent melodic & noisy guitar pop, somewhere between Dinosaur, Sonic Youth and Moving Targets, but with a great pop edge. After Flower’s demise, half of the band formed Cell, the other half went on to form Versus, which should give you a rough idea of their sound. Yes, this is indie rock, but with hardcore’s noisy passion and energy. An obscure classic. [9]

Manche Leute werden “Plagiat” schreien, aber für mich vollbringt diese Band bei einigen Songs (Torch Song!) das Wunder, fast Note für Note von Sonic Youth zu klauen, und trotzdem ganz tolle und originelle Musik zu machen. Wenn sie spielen, dann spielen sie nicht einfach Sonic Youth nach, sondern sie sind Sonic Youth. Andere Tracks erinnern an Dinosaur oder Moving Targets. Da 2 der genannten Bands inzwischen bei der Industrie sind, sollte man sich rechtzeitig nach einem vollwertigen Ersatz umsehen - hier ist er.
