Local DC compilation with the typical range from hardcore to rock and wave; hardcore songs by Undecided (decent hardcore with high-pitched voice), Government Issue (good live song), Shudder to Think (good exclusive song in their early style), Scream (unreleased 1981 studio version) and Law & Order (noisy hardcore from 1981, OK). Some good hardcore, some crappy rock songs and some interesting non-punk stuff, too. OK and quite diverse. [6]

Typischer “Szene”-Sampler aus Washington DC mit allen möglichen Musikstilen; für die HC-Fraktion treten auf: Undecided (recht guter HC mit Kinderstimme), Government Issue (guter Livesong), Shudder to Think (DC-Hyper-Emo-Core mit geheulten vocals, gefällt mir aber, ist außerdem sonst nirgends erhältlich), Scream (unveröffentlichte 81er-Studioversion des alten Hits) und Law & Order (ganz witziger Bratzcore von 1981). Der Rest reicht von stark angepunktem Rock über HC-Wave bis hin zu Funkigem und U2-artigen Klängen. Ein paar Ausfälle sind dabei, aber ansonsten wieder mal eine abwechslungsreiche DC-Platte mit guten Songs (nicht nur aus der HC-Ecke).
