CAN: no label. r-1 / 4 tracks / 1984
RI:D: no label. seite 1/2 g / 1994 (bootleg)
Recorded in 1983. 200 or 300 made of the original, + lyric sheet. 300 made of the reissue (have to correct myself - it IS a bootleg). Reissue has the original sleeve design, same labels except the A side label says “2nd edition in ’94 - #…./300 made”; inner grooves read “Seite 1/Seite 2”. This EP was a tribute to the band’s singer Marc Sahrmann who was killed in a car accident in 1983; so the band released the songs of a previous demo tape on this EP.
Quite unique mid-tempo punk, nice melodies (occasional saxophone). False Prophets probably come closest. (TL) This is actually pretty fast for punk rock; rough, snotty and melodic, with slight rock influence in the guitar. Only one song has the saxophone. Well-played and well-produced. (bj) [8]
(TL)
Tracks: someday / freedom 6 feet down // outcasts of society / there are no virgins anymore
