GG teamed up with two ex-MC 5 members for this 7”, so this backing band is called The Motorcity Bad Boys/MC2. These tracks are the first sign that things are changing in GG land. Fast punk rock with a powerful, extremely noisy guitar sound and more explicit lyrics than before; but the music has still got those power pop melodies here and there - a pretty cool combination. If you're not into his ultra-scummy stuff, these are among his best songs. [8]

GG mit zwei ex-MC5-Leuten, die hier als The Motorcity Bad Boys oder MC2 auftauchen. Diese Songs sind das erste Zeichen dafür, dass sich GGs Musik ändert: Flotter Punk mit kraftvollen, sehr krachigen Gitarren und Texten unter der Gürtellinie; trotzdem schimmern hier und da noch Powerpop-Melodien durch - eine ziemlich coole Mischung. Eine seiner besten Singles.
