ebullition. #4 / 14 tracks / 1990 (?)

Early Ebullition comp. dealing with gender roles and sexuality, the situation of women in society, sexual abuse etc.; the cover is actually a booklet with infos and essays, some of them are quite interesting to read. The music is mostly hardcore of the darker/gloomier type; no real letdowns but also no real standout tracks; my favorites here are Spitboy and Born Against, most of the others are just OK. [6]

Früher Ebullition-Sampler rund ums Thema Frauen - gesellschaftliche Themen, Abtreibung, Sexualität usw.; im Cover, das eigentlich ein Booklet ist, sind einige recht interessante Artikel dazu. Die Musik scheint da eher Nebensache zu sein; das meiste ist düsterer Hardcore mit dumpfer Produktion. Keine echten Ausfälle, aber auch keine großen Ausschläge in die positive Richtung; Spitboy und Born Against gefallen mir noch am besten.
