Die (1981 bis 1989 entstandenen) Tracks lassen sich am ehesten noch mit den frühen Neurosis-Songs vergleichen: Sehr derbe, aber nicht chaotisch. Thrashmetal-Elemente sind vorhanden, stören aber nicht - im Gegenteil, dadurch wird eine intensive und bedrohliche Atmosphäre erzeugt. (HR)
