Like the earlier double EP, this is a bit calmer and more conventional (in a “rock” sense) than their 80s records. Although I don’t like all of the tracks, this is still a good record; it’s hard to overestimate the importance of this band and its “sister band”, Three, for the emo scene of the late 90s. [7]

Wie schon auf der 91er-Doppelsingle sind GM hier etwas rockiger und konventioneller als auf ihren früheren Platten; trotzdem gibt es einige echte Juwelen - Geoff Turner ist einfach ein sensationeller Sänger. Mir gefallen nicht alle Songs, aber für Emo-Fans ist das in jedem Fall eine wichtige Platte.
