A DC project feat. Jeff Turner (Three, Gray Matter, Senator Flux), Jeff Nelson (Minor Threat etc) and Jim Spellman (Velocity Girl). Their previous bands are an indication for the sound of this LP; extremely melodic DC pop punk, like a poppier version of Three, but without the genius, and with a cutesy factor that’s a bit too high. Still a good record. [7]

Eine Band, die aus Grafikern, Zeichnern und Fotografen besteht, hat auf jeden Fall schon mal superbe Cover, Labels und Innenhüllen. Die Musik von HBC ist aber auch nicht zu verachten, schöner und extrem melodischer DC-pop-punk. Hat insgesamt für mich nicht den Reiz und die Genialität von Three (auch wenn’s in eine ähnliche Richtung geht), trotzdem eine sehr schöne Platte aus der allmählich versiegenden Quelle Washington DCs.
