2 original pressings of 5000 each; early copies come with a lyric sheet. 4 different counterfeits: #1 with black and white cover, blank labels, 12” tracks. #2 with black and blue cover (like the original), printed labels without the Hüsker Dü logo. #3 with dark green / black cover and extra tracks from the first 2 7”s (What do I want from 2nd 7” is missing although it’s listed on the cover), plus lyric sheet. #4 on CD, red cover + the extra tracks of the previous boot LP (CD was mastered from that LP). If you prefer the hardcore side of Hüsker Dü, this will probably be your favorite HD LP. Some of the tracks are still fast & thrashy in the vein of Landspeed Record, but most of the songs already have the magic HD touch, melodic, emotional and beautiful, but with a lot more energy and power than on their mid-80s material. One of the most important hardcore records, ever. [10]

Vielleicht die beste Hüsker-Platte; ein Teil der Tracks ist noch im chaotischen, schnellen Stil der ersten LP, der andere Teil im melodischen und emotionellen Stil der späteren Sachen, hier allerdings noch mit viel mehr Energie, das Ganze klingt noch ehrlicher und ungezwungener. Kult.
