Second box set by the LA club. A trip through the mid-90s indie guitar scene, ranging from punk and 60s to surf, noise rock and grunge rock. All tracks are at least OK, the usual problem being that no one will like all these styles, though. My faves here are Jawbreaker, Everclear (good emo), Mary Lou Lord (good acoustic Ween cover version) and Low (tragic, sad, slow stuff as usual, a Bee Gees cover (!)). [7]

Zweiter Wurf des LA-Clubs, der hier wieder ein paar seiner Lieblinge verewigt. Alles quer durch den Indie-Krautgarten, Punk, 60s, Surf, Noiserock, Grunge. Ein bißchen was für Jeden, die Tracks sind eigentlich alle zumindest OK. Am besten gefallen mir Jawbreaker, Everclear (2x schöner Emocore), Mary Lou Lord (nette Ween-Akustik-Coverversion) und Low (tieftraurig und langsam, wie immer - eine Bee Gees Coverversion (!)). Wie gesagt, ein bißchen was für jeden… aber niemand wird alles mögen, das übliche Problem derartiger Rundumschlag-Sampler.
