RI (7”): bacchus. ba1138 / 2000 (?)

First released as a promo 7” (200 made) with slightly different cover design (black edge around the cover), regular version is a 12”. Feat. Johnny Stingray (ex-Controllers) and Amy Wichmann (later played with Jeff Dahl).

Alcoholiday (great title) is simple punk in the early LA style, nice. The best song here is Top Secret, though, catchier and faster, sounds like the stuff on Dangerhouse or Posh Boy. Iron Dream is a bit slower again and has some rock influence. Great music, good production. [7]  

Alcoholiday (dieser Titel… genial) ist ein recht einfacher 77er-Punk-Titel im typischen frühen LA-Sound, nett. Der beste Song ist Top Secret, der etwas flotter und eingängiger ist, erinnert sehr an den ’Dangerhouse’- oder ’Posh Boy’-Sound. Der letzte Track ist dann wieder etwas langsamer und auch etwas rockiger. Insge­samt eine tolle Punk-Rock-Platte, auch die Pro­duktion stimmt.
