Recorded live at the Masque benefit Feb 28, 1978. Excellent sound board quality; great tracks by some of the best L.A. bands, wild, aggressive and hectic punk rock. Weirdos at their very best; loud and fast. Four unreleased Bags tracks; fast chaotic screaming punk rock with great female vocals. Germs sound like a typical Germs live boot, but better quality and they do a David Bowie cover. All the Skulls songs sound alike and if you like hectic punk they are for you - plus 6 of the tracks are unreleased. [9]  (CG)
