fresh sounds, inc. fs 206 / 8 tracks / 1983

Miles away from their less-than-stellar debut LP when they were still named “Mortal Micronotz”. They have added an interesting guitar sound that reminds me of some of the Minnesota or SST bands of the mid-80s which is remarkable since this 12” came out in 1983. Smart and diverse hardcore with some rock influence. [8]  

Klingt sehr nach Minnesota oder SST in der mittleren Phase… wieder sehr schöne Gitarre und abwechslungsreiche Riffs; zum Teil etwas rockig, stört aber nicht. Vergleichbar vielleicht mit den Suicide Commandos, nur härter, schneller und ’punkiger’.
