EU: too great to stay unreleased. 1/2 / 4 tracks / 1990 (bootleg)

500-1000 made of the first press, repressed in the 90s on red vinyl. Sleeve of the “Braineaters” bogus bootleg states 75 made but there are only 16 copies.

Part 2 of ’Live Night of the living dead’ LP, recorded 2/28/82 at the 9:30 Club, Washington, DC. Sound quality is pretty lousy. The Braineaters 7” is the identical record, but the matrix numbers have been scratched out on each copy, and (most) labels have been sprayed through a stencil. Also has a new full color sleeve (color xerox). [5]

Die Braineaters 7” ist eine interessante Blüte des Misfits-Sammlerwahns: Die Platte ist der “4 Hits from Hell”-Bootleg, die Matrixnummern wurden entfernt und die (weißen) Labels von Hand besprüht. Dazu ein hübsches Farbcover, und fertig ist die neue Platte.
