#1 - First version (500 made) with a closed cardboard cover. #2 - Misfits bible reports 500 German reissue copies on white vinyl of which only a small number are actually in circulation. #3 - German repro with xeroxed cover, 500 made, hand numbered. #4 - German picture disc. 10 test pressings with white edge around picture disc, 777 regular pic discs with either black or green/grey edge. 15 numbered box set copies with an Evilive patch; first 5 have the pic disc, the other 10 have a black vinyl copy. #5 - German repro with a different sleeve (Vincent Price in trenchcoat). Misfits bible says 500 copies made but I’ve seen this version way too often. #6 - Yet another sleeve (skeletons in car) and different track listing: All three original songs on the A side, B side has extra tracks: Last Caress, Who Killed Marilyn?, Spook City U.S.A. and Rise Above (live).

This was a small sensation when it came out; Return of the Fly was an unknown and unreleased Misfits studio song (and a great one, too). This track had been broadcast on a Boston radio show so it could be bootlegged. Nowadays of course, with all the official reissues, there's a lot of other occurances of this song, mostly in better quality. B side contains the Cough/Cool tracks. [8]  

Ein tatsächlich unveröffentlichtes Studiolied haben die Leute ausgegraben, und es gehört sicher mit zum besten, was die Misfits je gemacht haben, ganz im Stil von Attitude oder Last Caress. Als Schmankerl sind auf der B-Seite beide Titel der Cough/Cool-Single. Einer der besten Misfits-Bootlegs, bis der Song dann in besserer Qualität auch auf legalen CDs auftauchte.
