The last CD from the box set reissued separately - with some songs added so all the fans run and buy this again. This would have been the first Misfits LP if there had ever been any justice in the world, but back then it was cut down to the Beware 12”, and most of the rest was later put out on the Legacy LP. All the lovely songs you have a heard a zillion times by now, in the early Misfits punk rock style, slower, trashier, more melodic. Well, for the extras: The only genuinely new song is “In the Doorway”, slower and gloomier than the others. The “Static Sessions” are just song bits from the studio session, like parts of songs where they made a mistake and would have to start again. Interesting for fans, but not that important. [9]

Die letzte CD der Box nochmal extra, mit ein paar Bonussongs, damit auch der letzte Fan das Ding nochmal kaufen muss. Mies. Dies sollte 1978 die erste Misfits-LP werden - hätten sie das hinbekommen, hätte das mit Sicherheit für sofortigen Kultstatus gesorgt. Grandioser Punk im frühen Misfits-Stil, langsamer, trashiger und melodischer als die späteren Sachen. Über die Labelpolitik kann man streiten, über die Musik auf keinen Fall.
