Distorted mid-tempo guitar rock (“post hardcore”), melodic and melancholic, strong Minnesota/Hüsker influence, but also some DC and Mission of Burma complexity. Pat Brady is the most incredible drummer who ever played in a hardcore band, tight, lightning fast and exact, and he treats the drums like an instrument, not just a rhythm device. Excellent. [10]  

Pat Brady ist der beste Drummer, der jemals die Sticks für eine HC-Band geschwungen hat, basta. Er behandelt die Drums nicht als Rhythmusgerät, sondern wie echte Instrumente… unglaublich. Auch sonst ist die Platte allererste Sahne, origineller und ehrlicher “Post-Hardcore”; mittelschnelle, krachige Gitarrenmusik mit DC/Hüsker-Anklängen, schön melodisch/traurig. Genie­streich.
