#1 - 800 on two shades of brown vinyl (“coffee” and “marroon”), 200 on black, very few (5-20 each) on gold yellow, dark yellow, blue, light red, red, dark red, clear, purple, orange, blue/white marbled, clear/blue multicolor. Test pressings on black. #2 - Back cover says ’2nd pressing’; version A with foldout sleeve, on black, blue, purple and clear purple; version B with slip-in sleeve on green, aqua, pink, brown and orange vinyl. #3 - Back cover says ’3rd pressing’, black vinyl.

Debut 7” by the legendary grunge outfit from Seattle. Great distorted and noisy rock; the A side is one of their best and most famous songs (covered by Sonic Youth, too). (RR) [8]  

Die zweitbekannteste Seattle-Grungerock-Band mit ihrer ersten Single. Auf der A-Seite das wohl bekannteste Mudhoney-Stück (ist ja auch von Sonic Youth gecovert worden), die B-Seite ist aber fast genauso gut. Mark Arm ist der beste Schreihals der Welt, es fuzzt und kracht dazu ohne Ende. Gehört in jede Singles-Sammlung! (RR)
