Test pressing on purple vinyl. First 3000 7”s on pink vinyl, a few on green and pink. Subsequent pressings on black. 50 test pressings for a German 7” were made (xerox sleeve), but the regular German pressing is only available on 12”. Australian pressing on black and purple.

Title track is OK, but nothing new; Thorn is a cool grunge thrasher, and the last track (written, produced and sung by Billy Childish (Milkshakes etc.)) has strong 60s influence à la Kinks. Good B side. [7]  

Und noch ’ne Single von Seattles Grunge-Propheten. Der Titelsong ist ganz nett, wie gehabt, aber nicht der Stoff, aus dem Hits gemacht werden. Thorn kommt recht straight und hardcorig, gut, Song Nummer 3 erinnert mich an die Kinks, klingt sehr 60s-Rock-mäßig, es mischt auch der Ex-Milkshakes-Mann Billy Childish mit, der den Song geschrieben, gesungen und produziert hat. Ordentliche Platte, die B-Seite ist wesentlich besser als der Titelsong.
