The theme of this compilation is the sellout of the hardcore scene by large (indie) labels. With Life’s Blood (excellent powerful hardcore, like on their EP), Absolution (powerful NYHC with a strange singer, like their EP), Nausea (good NY anarcho/crust core with some melodies) and Born Against (noisy simple hardcore, OK). Engagierter Sampler gegen den Ausverkauf der HC-Scene durch große und profitorientierte Labels. Mit dabei sind Life’s Blood (sehr kraftvoll, wie die EP), Absolution (wieder der etwas seltsam jammernde Sänger, trotzdem viel Power, guter NY-HC), Nausea (guter NY-Anarcho-HC mit etwas Melodie) und Born Against (etwas polternder, krachiger HC, nicht schlecht). Insgesamt eine tolle Musikauswahl, durchweg knalliger, kraftvoller Hardcore. Yep.
