Not the well-known NOTA on Rabid Cat, this is a NY band. Strange mix of wave rock and blues on side A; no blues on side B, but weird artsy stuff with synths and electronically distorted voices - not bad though. I kind of like the B side. [6]  

Eigenartige Mischung aus Waverock und Blues, der in jedem Fall nicht das Geringste mit der anderen Band des gleichen Namens zu tun hat. Der Blueseinfluß fehlt auf der B-Seite, dafür gibt es tutende Synthis und elektronisch verzerrte Stimmen - abgefahren. Geht so.
