Another project by Aaron Turner, mastermind of Hydrahead and Isis - this guy seems to have an unlimited supply of time and creativity. One half of this CD is very close to the gloomy, powerful, intense hardcore/post metal of Isis, the other half is much more experimental, mostly dark ambient soundscapes. Very good. [9]  

Neben Isis ein weiteres Projekt von Hydrahead-Mastermind Aaron Turner. Bei der einen Hälfte der CD ist - erwartungsgemäß - die Nähe zu seiner anderen Band sehr groß; großartiger, düster-intensiver Hardcore. Die andere Hälfte der Tracks sind dunkle, ruhige Ambient-Soundscapes; das, was man von der Celestial-CD von Isis als Song-Intros kennt, ist hier auf volle Tracklänge gestreckt. Gefällt mir sehr gut.
