The third simple machine, with Bricks (60s garage rock/punk, OK), My New Boyfriend (experimental DC hardcore), Nation of Ulysses (garage sound with 60s guitar, rather weird), and the Mommyheads (nice, melodic, slightly angular guitar pop). [7]  

Der dritte Simple-Machines-Sampler, diesmal mit Bricks (60s-Garage-Rock/Punk, ziemlich kellermäßig, aber recht gut), My New Boyfriend (typisch für die neueren DC-Bands, immer noch innovativ und gut, aber nicht mehr so kompakt und geradeaus wie noch vor ein paar Jahren. Nicht übel, aber etwas zerfahren), Nation of Ulysses (nochmal Kellersound mit 60s-Gitarre, ziemlich schräge DC-Schiene) und den Mommyheads (schöner, melodischer und leicht angeschrägter Gitarrenpop mit DC-Einflüssen). Insgesamt wieder eine recht gute Zusammenstellung, allerdings nicht sehr hardcorig.
