Like on the previous LP, the Ramones sound a bit tired and worn on this album; they seem to be a victim of the punk paradigm they created themselves, and although they make attempts to break out and expand their sound, they are best when they just do what they've always done. A lot of so-so songs, a few mini hits, that makes a decent album but definitely no classic. [7]
(KS)
