The first and only LP by Albini's post-Big Black, pre-Shellac project. A little(!) calmer than BB, still evil, angry and atmospheric, with Albini's distorted voice and the trademark guitar sound. Roland was retired, though, there's a real live drummer now. If you loved BB’s final LP, this will be another classic for you. [9]  

Neues Projekt der ex-Big Black-Leute. Geblieben sind Steve Albinis bös verzerrter Gesang und die Sägegitarre; im Vergleich zu Big Black ist das Ganze einen Tick ruhiger, und statt der irren Rhythmusmaschine lärmt jetzt ein echter Drummer. Ansonsten immer noch manischer, wilder und ultrafieser Techno/Avant-Hardcore.
