DC project with Tim Green and Sharon Cheslow, longtime DC scenester and co-author of the great “Banned in DC” book. Decent guitar rock that has interesting moments & harmonies, the production is good, too. The problem here is the typical “DC project symptom” - everything sounds a bit unfinished, undecided, unrehearsed. This could have been a good record, but it sounds like it was recorded in a hurry which is a shame. [6]

DC-Projekt mit Sharon Cheslow, die man als Koautorin des grandiosen DC-Fotobuchs “Banned in DC” kennt. Die Musik hat durchaus interessante Ansätze: Sharon hat eine schöne Stimme, und der leicht angeschrägte Gitarrenrock ist nicht übel; das Ganze krankt jedoch am typischen DC-Projekt-Syndrom: Interessante Ansätze, aber es wirkt alles ein bisschen unfertig, ungeprobt, nachlässig. Schade.
