I wonder if the Midnight Oil track was really recorded in 1981, the sound quality is really good… maybe 1991?

Freebie for The Bob #40; one live track each, sound quality is excellent. The Replacements track (recorded at the University of Wiskonsin, Milwaukee) is just great, rocking stuff in the vein of the Let it Be LP, but noisier and a lot more powerful. This makes the Midnight Oil track (recorded at „the last 2JJ Concert“, Jan 18, 1981) look a bit weak, but it’s also quite good. Nice. [7]  

Zugabe zum Bob-Magazine mit je einem Livetrack der beiden Bands. Die Replacements liefern einen richtig tollen Song ab, excellenter rockiger Sound im Stil der „Let It Be“-LP, aber kraftvoller und krachiger. Der Midnight-Oil-Track fällt dagegen etwas ab, trotzdem ganz ordentlicher „Alternative-Rock“. Aber der Replacements-Track lohnt sich in jedem Fall.
