They're from Minnesota and this record was produced by Steve Fjelstad and released on Hüsker's label, but there is not the slightest bit of Hüsker Dü influence. This is rather in the angular guitar rock/punk vein; lots of hectic tempo/rhythm changes, and nervous guitar noises. Even though there are a few interesting songs here and there, most of this is just too inconsistent. [5]  

Obwohl diese Band aus Minnesota kommt und auf dem Bob-Mould-Label Reflex eine von Fjelstad produzierte LP veröffentlicht, ist nicht der geringste Hüsker-Einfluß zu spüren; das Ganze ist eher ein typisches Beispiel für die Sparte ’hektische, verwirrte Gitarren­band’; sehr viele plötzliche Breaks im Schlagzeug und etwas da­hinklimpernde Gitarren. Das Ganze ist mir zu unbeständig und hat zu wenig Atmosphäre, um zu fesseln, auch die gelegentlichen Ausflüge in Hardcore- und Rock’n’Roll-Gefilde sind zu banal. Mit Ausnahme einiger weniger ordentlicher Songs eine recht un­interessante Platte.
