Typical “new wave” compilation with lots of artsy synth stuff, wave rock etc. Notable bands are The Pudz (tight melodic 77-style punk, good), Fastbacks (great melodic punk as usual), Refuzors (melodic oi core, I don't think they were serious about the title) and Fartz (fast noisy hardcore, good). The other bands are nothing special but not too annoying either. Not bad. [6]  

Typischer “New-Wave”-Sampler der frühen 80er mit Elektronik-Spielereien, Wave-Rock und den sonstigen üblichen Spielarten. Die Punk/HC-Ecke wird repräsentiert durch The Pudz (melodischer, druckvoller 77er-Punk, gut), Fastbacks (gewohnt genialer Melody-Punk), Refuzors (Oi-mäßiger Melody-Core, der Titel ist wohl eher Verarsche) und den Fartz (krachiger, flotter HC, gut). Die nicht-Punk-Sachen sind zwar nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber längst nicht so nervig wie bei vielen anderen Samplern dieser Art. OK.
