Melodic garagey guitar/indie pop featuring Dinosaur’s Lou Barlow. In the style of his old band, but noisier, and with a very amateurish, home-made feel. What makes this really special are the great melodies… beautiful, really. I like this better than most of the Dinosaur stuff. [8]  

Sebadoh ist ein Keller-Projekt von Lou Barlow (Dinosaur Jr), bei der er das Ganze etwas krachiger angehen darf. Das Resultat ist garagig-schrummeliger, aber absolut hitverdächtiger Gitarren/Indie-Pop. Manche Songs sind etwas wirr, dafür wird man mit Juwelen wie Magnet’s Coil oder Temptation Tide belohnt. Sehr schön.
