Japanese-only edition of the long-awaited second Septic Death album. Recorded between 1986 and 1992 which explains the somewhat inconsistent style; some of the music is still in SD's typical hard/speedcore style while some is a bit more psychotic and weird, but all of the tracks have that magic touch. Although it may take a couple of listens, this is a great LP; and Screaming Box or Disentery are among Septic Death's finest songs. [8]  

Die Songs wurden im Zeitraum von 1986 bis 1992 aufgenommen, was die Platte auch ein bißchen inhomogen wirken läßt. Einige Tracks sind noch im schnellen alten Stil, andere eher psychotisch; alle haben aber den Pushead-typischen Einschlag, dessen besonderer Reiz wohl aus der einmaligen Mi­schung aus brutalem Speedcore, blutiger Horrorfilm-Ästhetik und mystischem Japan-Flair besteht. Insgesamt auf den ersten Blick nicht so knallig und direkt wie die erste LP, bei näherem Hinse­hen aber ebenso interessant; Songs wie Screaming Box oder Disentery sind echte Hits.
