Unknown number of test pressings, 2000 regular copies on black. Marroon band logo, the sleeve photo is a bit closer up than the 1st pressing’s (band logo stretches all the way to the edges of the cover, and the gate doors on the photo are cut off a little). Some copies have a Revelation catalog printed inside the sleeve. #5 (1997) - 4 test pressings on black with generic Rainbo labels, 1100 regular copies on black with white labels, 102 on grey vinyl. #6 - “Final press” on white vinyl, 300 made.
A true classic of NYC hardcore; fast, powerful hardcore in the “simple and brutal” tradition of Agnostic Front. The lyrics are anything but peaceful, they're mostly dealing with tough street life in NY. [8]
NYHC mit Power, Produktion ist auch ganz gut. SOIA gehören eher zu den flotten Vertretern ihrer Gattung; ansonsten ist alles nötige da: verschränkte Arme, Glatzen, Chöre… Auf die Dauer klingt das Ganze zwar etwas eintönig, aber wer die frühen Agnostic Front mochte, ist hier goldrichtig. Klassiker.
