D: we bite. 114 / 12 tracks / 1994

Back to the known… Simple & rough Boston hardcore like the 90s never happened. On a few tracks they try a rhythmic, more MTV compatible sound à la Rage Against the Machine/Helmet, but that is pretty embarrassing. The majority of songs is in the vein of their Step On It or Sudden Death Overtime 12”s, though. Solid stuff, powerful Albini production, but nothing new at all. [6]

Neuestes Werk der Boston-Veteranen; die experimentellen Ansätze der letzten CD sind verschwunden, man verläßt sich nun wieder voll auf den altbekannten Holper-Core. Das hat zwar einen gewissen holzbeinigen Charme, aber man hat das wirklich schon oft gehört. Ansonsten versuchen Choke & Co. mit verschiedenen Rage against…, Helmet- etc. -Zitaten, vielleicht doch noch bei MTV zu landen, was zumeist daneben geht. Ansonsten bekommt man etwas altbackenen, durch die Albini-Produktion aber durchaus kraftvollen Boston-HC der Uralt-Schule.
