This band certainly deserves a lot more credit, along with Articles of Faith or Die Kreuzen they were the great innovators of mid-80s hardcore. This album picks up where SU 2000 left off; a similar approach to bringing more depth and diversity into hardcore. In contrast to bands like Hüsker Dü, they didn’t slow down or get less aggressive, the anger and the energy are just channeled in a more sophisticated way. Just perfect. [9]  

Konsequente Fortsetzung des Konzepts der SU 2000 LP, hier noch perfekter umgesetzt. Zusammen mit Bands wie Articles of Faith und Die Kreuzen gehören SU zu den Bands, die die HC-Scene von innen heraus erneuert haben, dabei aber dichter beim HC-Sound geblieben sind als z.B. Hüsker Dü, und deshalb auch nie deren kommerziellen Erfolg hatten. Sehr vielseitiger und ab­wechslungsreicher HC, spielen können sie auch immer besser… Super.
