This EP is a trip through DC history; the first track reminds me a lot of early Fugazi, rhythmic hardcore with an experimental edge. The second one is straighter and more melodic, more in the vein of the 87/88 Dischord bands. The third song sounds a lot like Rites of Spring/Happy Go Licky, especially the vocals. Still this is good and convincing music, just not too original. [7]  

Kleiner Ritt durch die DC-Geschichte… Der erste Track erinnert sehr deutlich an die frühen Fugazi; rhythmischer, leicht schräger Hardcore; der zweite ist etwas straighter und melodischer, im Stil der 87/88er-Bands auf Dischord; der dritte Track schließlich klingt vor allem vom Gesang her nach Rites of Spring. Nicht gerade originell also, aber die Band bringt den Sound trotzdem selbstbewußt und überzeugend, und gut kopiert ist immer noch besser als schlecht selbstgemacht.
