Early Chicago “supergroup” of local scenesters. “Closing In” is rhythmic punk/post punk that reminds me a bit of the Effigies’ “Bodybag”, minus the vocals. “Elephant’s Graveyard” is more conventional punk rock with some 60’s/garage and UK punk influences. The title track is fast early hardcore – pretty simple, but this style was still noteworthy in 1981 I guess. “Sunday Night Disorientation” is good mid-tempo punk/hardcore, and “Context” is hardcore punk in an early Effigies/Naked Raygun style. No classic, but a diverse and enjoyable release that will appeal to fans of the early Chicago scene – certainly deserves better than the poor rating I gave before. [7]
