Another long & complicated track by The Assistant; great screamo as usual, lots of power & depth, too. With a better recording this would be even more ass-kicking, but I won't complain. Scarlet Letter's approach is much more straightforward, fast powerful hardcore in the vein of Books Lie, His Hero is Gone, and, ummm, Nausea maybe. Good EP. [7]

Wieder mal ein langer und komplexer Track von The Assistant; guter und vielseitiger Screamo, hat viel Power und die nötige Tiefe. Der Sound ist allerdings ein bißchen dumpf, da könnte man noch ein bißchen mehr rausholen. Scarlet Letter sind deutlich geradliniger, schneller und knalliger Hardcore irgendwo zwischen Books Lie, His Hero is Gone, hmm, Nausea? Gute Platte.
